Upon check in, the lady at the counter was very nice, firendly and helpful. She checked us in quickly and told us about the hotel, breakfast times and directed us to our room. She provided us with extra soap, shampoo and lotion which was very helpful since we didn't need our room cleaned. The hotel was clean, safe and well lite, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again.

I had a glitch with booking.com and the night manager went over and above to work that out with them. It was late when we got there but she was so patient and kind. Nice breakfast.

It was a nice location and way to get to and get out of. Convent for our travel. Check out is 11 am which is very nice after being at a concert and not getting back until after 1am.

Check-in and out was easy and quick. Our rooms were fine, no issues. Staff was nice. We only stayed one night and weren’t at the hotel much, but no complaints.
